   AnimAID – CFO and Board Treasurer – Partnering with ASIFA Hollywood, artists, and industry leaders in the animation community to raise funds for the Los Angeles Fires victims- Curated artwork from top artists and major studios, including Disney, Warner Brothers, and Sony for Sotheby’s auction in April 2025. Interim CFO – Entertainment Earth (February 2024-August 2024)- Recruited to facilitate the turnaround of a $150M PE-backed toy and collectibles company- Partnered with the new senior leadership team to manage the company’s financial health and develop strategic changes to enable growth and operational stability. Reported results to BOD- Developed a 24-month forecast for management and BOD to provide visibility to growth potential, investment requirements, and cash needs- Mitigated liabilities arising from audit by over $20M and ensured legal compliance through process and technical improvements and forensic analysis. Strategic Advisor, CDG (August 2023-January 2024) Recruited to establish a strategic vision for an e- learning and customer experience agency- Collaborated with the President and CEO to develop an employee incentive stock plan, aligning company objectives with key customer goals and driving strategic direction and growth initiatives. Interim CFO for Koral, LLC,(February 2023-August 2023)- Recruited to evaluate the viability of a luxury active wear manufacturer and distributor- Assumed control of the financial, accounting, administrative, and operational responsibilities for a company that did not have anyone in the role for six months- Partnered with the executive team and BOD to prepare a turnaround and global growth plan, analyzing profitability by product and distribution channels and evaluating potential opportunities.
