Broad Yorkshire Law is a personal injury and family practice based in South Yorkshire: dealing with all aspects of personal injury work and family work. Personal Injury: It is our aim to treat our clients as people and not just as claims, employing an experienced legal team and a dedicated support network including physiotherapists and orthopaedic consultants. We aim to provide a complete support package for our clients during times which often prove to be very difficult, and can refer clients to a physiotherapist for an initial consultation within 48 hours of instruction. Family: It is our aim to minimise costs in this area as much as possible and to promote communication between the parties to save costs wherever possible. We are a non aggressive law firm, but will take a very robust and assertive stance when necessary. We emlpoy an experienced legal team and a dedicated support network including barristers whom we work with regularly. We also aim to provide fixed fees (not the usual hourly rate offer which can mount into thousands of pounds) so that clients know exactly where they stand. We offer a free initial consultation. Our solicitors can consult clients in the comfort of their own homes, making sure that they fully understand every aspect of their case. Furthermore, we promise that our clients will be able to speak to their dedicated solicitor from 8am - 8pm without being directed through secretaries or call centre staff.
