I am currently in the Global PwC HC team with a focus on people strategy and experience. Previously, I was responsible for the delivery of HR and Organisation Development services to clients in Northern Ireland. As a PwC skilled people & change practitioner, I have worked with clients across public and private sectors leading complex projects including organisation development, change management, organisation design, cultural change, senior executive recruitment and capability development. I have also worked on a number of large transformation programmes which have involved the implementation of new technology and I have extensive experience in readiness assessments, change strategy and implementation support. During my time at PwC, I have also worked in employee research, leading innovative and insightful research projects to evaluate employee engagement, readiness for change, skills and people processes.
