Input listing information & upload property photos into MLS upon request. Prepare seller\'s disclosures & follow up on obtaining all executed documents from seller/buyer/agent. Open escrow & introduce myself to all parties. Upload all documents & paperwork for Broker Review. Docusign upon request. Track loans & follow up with appraisal. Hands on communication with the client from beginning to close of escrow.I have been a Transaction Coordinator for 8 years now.
