About Lois Greenly

After more than three decades in the manufacturing industry, I RETIRED from Harley-Davidson, INC in 2019, where I was a CVO Quality Inspector for the Custom Vehicle Operations Department. I worked with an elite team of professionals on many projects and effectively reduced scrap, waste, and defects. I have a strong background in manufacturing process improvement, attention to detail, root cause analysis, and ISO 9001 audits. I also have a solid knowledge of SAP system implementation and facilitation, and I pride myself on delivering data accuracy, continuous improvement thinking, and creative logic in every task. I have an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Criminal Justice, and I am passionate about researching facts, troubleshooting problems, finding solutions, and keeping order in any situation or process. I am looking for an opportunity to pursue a second career in business administration or criminal justice based management, part-time only, in the near future. I am a team player, an excellent problem solver, and a lifelong learner who utilizes and researches all information available to get the desired results.
