Alleviate is primarily focused on caring for the wellbeing of our clients. I want the people Alleviate works with to feel valued, safe, empowered, protected and whole. Originally opened as a provider of quality care to the elderly and vulnerable adults, Alleviate continues to care for individuals in their homes. Services include:\\\\n\\\\n-Socialisation\\\\n-Personal Care\\\\n-Household organisation, cleaning and maintenance\\\\n-Food shopping, preparation, feeding assistance and menu planning\\\\n-Assistance with medication and health requirements\\\\n-Support in promoting active and healthy lifestyle\\\\n\\\\nBranching into psychotherapy brings further value to the Alleviate offering. Practicing as a Human Givens Therapist (graduate trainee at present ) allows Alleviate to enhance wellbeing of both body and mind.\\\\n\\\\nHuman Givens Therapy offers forward-facing, solution focussed therapy; alleviating symptoms holding clients back from where they would like to be.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
