Currently consulting with organizations seeking assistance in building and/or refining their document management process/systems.Former Director of the Enterprise Policy Office for the Cleveland Clinic Health System. Responsible for selecting and managing the implementation of a policy management system across all facilities, including the required transitional work and platform build. Serve as a consultant to other organizations working on standardizing and streamlining their policy/document structure and process flows. Co-chair the Policy Committee which oversees the approval process of policies for the main campus and standardization of policies across our system. Formerly, Director of Nurse Recruitment and then Senior Director of Staffing and Recruitment for the Cleveland Clinic Health System including 10 hospitals and 16 Family Health Centers. Responsible for all facets of enterprise-wide recruiting, development of recruiting plans and talent acquisition/sourcing strategies.Registered Nurse with clinical expertise in management of the Surgical Services Department at the Cleveland Clinic. Served as the Director of Surgical Services and the Vice-Chairman of the Division of Nursing.Specialties: Policy platform build and execution. Policy writing, standardization, and streamlining document review and approval processes within a hospital environment to meet regulatory requirements.Management/leadership of diverse teams.    After serving over 41 years at the Cleveland Clinic, working in a variety of leadership positions, I have now retired from my full time job as the Director of the Policy Office, and am enjoying providing focused consultative support to organizational leaders who are challenged to streamline and standardize their policies and procedures. Having lead this journey at Cleveland Clinic over the past seven years, I can provide insight into key processes and strategies, while highlighting lessons learned.
