I am an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Brand Planning for Soft Surroundings. Prior to Soft, I developed the finance and accounting function at battleface and worked in the retail industry where I have a strong history of success. ​I\'m passionate about talent development and mentorship having managed diverse teams.Having spent time in a variety of roles, I have demonstrated skills and experience in the following: FP & A including P&L management, budgeting, sales and margin analysis, expense management, and long-range planning; Financial Reporting including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliation, cash forecasting; Store Finance across labor management, performance reporting, store profitability analysis, and sales planning; Central Planning with focus on inventory management, category sales and margin forecasting, and results measurement.
