On a day-to-day basis, a CSR at Tulco Oils orders, tracks, reports inventory and deliveries. More so, this position requires the coordination of all shipments for all locations. CSRs work with carrier and third-party services, notify customers with ship dates, rates, and the tracking of various shipments. CSRs set up freight for outbound sales and arrange both for bills of lading and proof of deliveries. On average, a CSR at Tulco Oils submits 25 orders a day via email or phone call. Additionally, this position requires the interaction with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. Even so, CSRs handle and resolve complaints.
