Currently working as Manager - Methods & Industrialization for ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) Products.• Lead the development and implementation of processes engineering methods and standards.• Support process optimization of Lead time and drive capacity with continuous improvement.• Prepare plan and execute the actions for increasing Direct Labor Productivity with ROI calculation.• Participate in the SIM2 and address necessary actions to remove barriers.• Manage the capacities vs workload balance with the dedicated tools (Q simulation, CAMA, VSM) in internal and external lines.• Pilot new productions ramp-up the performance of industrial processes (DT, IE, OEE, TTP).• Ensure the implementation of SPS principles and developing methods, Lean Manufacturing, MPH.• Manage continuous improvement actions for line architectures, with internal & external resources.• Perform regular Queue Simulations, using the waiting queue design tool, to optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines.• Define & maintain a referential operating time based on measurement tools MTM.• Propose the organization to implement new project for increase / decrease volume of production to optimize DVC & MBC costs.
