   Continuing my SAM career at McKesson, I lead a small but mighty team delivering operations excellence in our SAM space. I manage the entire SAM program, from lifecycle management to inventory, and vendor management to internal and external audits. I develop SAM practitioners and guide our managed service partners to ensure McKesson is more secure, fully compliant, running lean, and making the right software investments.
