I’m a tech enthusiast who started my journey as a quality analyst, then became full-stack developer and gradually transitioned into data engineering, driven by a strong belief that the right engineering practices consistently lead to the right outcomes.Over the years, I’ve played multiple roles—Developer, Quality Analyst, Iteration Manager—and today I work as a Tech Lead in an analytics and data platform team, building customer-facing data solutions that handle several million records per day. I lead a team currently while remaining deeply hands-on, contributing to design and implementation.My current work revolves around building reliable and scalable data platforms using PySpark on AWS, primarily with Glue and Athena, with a strong focus on data cataloging, data contracts, and platform maintainability. I care a lot about doing things the right way—clean design, clear ownership, and systems that teams can trust and evolve.Beyond my day job, I’m an open source contributor, an active community speaker, and a mentor. I enjoy helping engineers grow—not just technically, but in how they think about engineering problems, trade-offs, and long-term impact.At heart, I’m someone who enjoys learning, building, and enabling teams to do their best work—one well-thought-out system at a time.
