During my internship at Amsteel Castings Pvt. Ltd, Hosur, I gained practical exposure across key departments including Accounts, Sales, HR, Purchase, Production, and Quality Control. I developed hands-on skills in GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), export documentation, invoice reconciliation, and financial reporting. I also learned about supplier evaluation, procurement processes, payroll management, and employee training. In production, I observed the casting and molding process, quality checks, and packaging for exports. This cross-functional experience enhanced my analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, while providing valuable insights into financial operations, compliance, and sustainable manufacturing practices.
