With almost 15 years of experience in professional services marketing, I help my partners build, manage and deepen client relationships through strategic marketing. Using custom planning and nimble campaigns, I construct and manage initiatives that react to market changes, while maintaining a solid commitment to overall firm revenue growth.    Reporting to the Chief Operating Partner and the Co-Chairs of Herrick\'s Real Estate practice, I lead the business development and marketing efforts of one of New York City’s largest full service, and Chambers ranked, commercial real estate law and land use & zoning practices. I also lead the BD efforts for Herrick\'s Israel practice, with a focus on inbound transactions to the United States.I support the department’s practice leaders and 65+ attorneys on a wide range of business development and external profile raising activities including RFPs & pitches/proposals (including pricing); content generation & development; strategic partnerships & sponsorships; on-boarding & support for attorneys at all levels; all marketing and related technology initiatives; public relations; social media; and, of course, submissions. Working in a matrix structure, I share the responsibility of managing and mentoring the nine member BD/Marketing team, as well as firm wide initiatives and operations driven by BD or in collaboration with BD.
