With a formal background in graphic design and marketing, I began my professional journey within the dynamic realm of creative agencies, specializing as a production designer. My focus initially centered on collaborating with prominent hospitality and B2B brands, contributing to a diverse portfolio of print-oriented design projects.As the design scene shifted from print to digital, my skills grew with the change. I naturally gravitated towards web design, so I delved into front-end web development. I used HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create custom websites within the LAMP setup (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). This shift not only expanded my design abilities but also sparked my interest in front-end frameworks and design systems.Having accrued over 15 years of experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, I established a solid foundation that facilitated my transition into the new age of digital design prototyping and tooling. For the past three years, Figma has been my primary tool, serving as the linchpin in my workflow—from conceptualizing wireframes to crafting intricate mockups and rapidly prototyping dynamic digital experiences.My proficiency in Figma extends beyond individual expertise; it is a collaborative cornerstone. Engaging with colleagues who share my passion for usability and precision, we collectively harness the power of Figma to ship helpful and usable products.
