About Logan Reed
I am a white cisgender female, raised by an alcoholic single mother who struggled with a mental health issues. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when powerful women neglect their well-being, how burnout overshadows their brilliance and steals their ability to be there for the people and things that matter most to them. I’ve also experienced it for myself. My lived experience of failing to prioritize myself and my well-being for 41 years – and my journey to living a balanced, fulfilling and powerful life – informs every aspect my coaching and training. I know that well-being is a tactical, savvy choice that allows individuals to tap into their innate power, resilience and knowing. I weave ontological coaching, Conversational Intelligence®, Neuro-Shine Technology™ and content from my program, Unstoppable U®, into my work with individuals, groups and organizations. I am an introvert, who speaks only when I have something of value to contribute. My work is my way to make a positive impact on the world, by supporting others to achieve their dreams and goals from a foundation of well-being.
