About Logan R. Denney
As a person of faith, learning, and calling, I believe my true mission is to serve and care for people passionately through the modeling of holistic, care-first leadership. From this mission, I desire to influence, serve, impact, and teach truth and knowledge of transformational community-based servant leadership that is rooted in care, restoration and safety. In order to meet this mission, I focus my energies on experiential services via individual care, intentional mentorship, team development, dedicated service, and holistic community growth in order that all who I serve may be successful in their life callings: holistically (mind, body, spirit) and vocationally (career, experiential, and purpose). I have a true passion and desire to see people of all walks of life flourish (learn, grow, belong and discover) within their own life callings within the many paths life offers us. To help others flourish or thrive, I focus my service through the lens of safeguarding life and respecting people. Core Key focuses I believe in: Whole person development, substance abuse education, impaired driving prevention, violence prevention, community development and safety, conflict mediation, servant leadership, healthy masculinities, and 1:1 mentorship I am a learner at heart and desire to continue to develop my knowledge base, but also impact others with my experiences. As a Lieutenant, I serve in the Oregon State Police Patrol Services Division and Programs associated with it. My role supports the everyday work of Troopers in the field through the several core programs within our division. I currently support and serve programs relating to High Visibility Enforcement, Drug Classification & Evaluation, Collision Reconstruction, and Traffic Safety Operations. I also remain an active law enforcement officer, drug recognition expert, tactical communication instructor and member of our mobile response team. My core mission is To Safeguard Life.
