Currently I am a Senior Industrial Engineer at Blue Origin working out of the Kent, WA development facility. Previously I was a Senior IE lead at Boeing, working on improving the Final Assembly production system and helping my engineering teams increase their skills and improve their performance.I have found myself in leadership roles from my days building racecars in college to the multiple lead roles I have had at Boeing. Leading people is a passion of mine and a skill I work on daily.Throughout my career I have gained significant experience in deploying RFID technology, implementing new production areas, structured 8-step problem solving, data analysis, and cisco networking.
