About Logan Langin

I spent 7.5 years in laboratory bench science while gaining project management experience. Obtained my PMP certification in 2018 and was officially promoted to Research Project Manager in 2020. I ran multiple rare disease preclinical trial projects testing gene therapies and new therapeutic compounds, while also building a new line of business to establish a full-scale therapeutics testing center. After burning out in the fast-paced preclinical space, I took a new role as a Senior Project Manager with an Enterprise Project Management Office overseeing highly-visible strategic projects across the organization\'s Midwest footprint. In 2025, I cut my teeth in program management and was promoted to a Program Manager title, with heavy focus on integration efforts via mergers & acquisitions and large-scale complex program roll-outs.
