About Logan Labo
Passionate UX and visual designer with over seven years of professional design experience. After two years in traditional graphic design roles, I transitioned to UX design, honing my skillset, including design systems, interaction design, UI visual design, and more. As an in-house designer in enterprise, I earned two promotions while building a custom design system and leading cross-disciplinary stand-ups to untangle blockers. I also took ownership of deliverables, including MVP tooling, screens, and features.In early 2024, I founded my own business, Logan LaBo Design LLC, and began working for myself as an independent contractor. In the months since I’ve worked with clients whose industries range from real estate to healthcare management.Other passions of mine include design for accessibility and inclusion in the workplace. I have in-depth knowledge of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and work with attention to various accessibility needs baked into my design process. I also previously co-led an enterprise BRG/ERG communications committee for 1.5 years, contributing to dozens of events, over 200 engaged employees, and dozens of impact stories.As a creative, I spend my off-time consuming art, whether in film, music, books, or art photography.
