His background uniquely positions him to drive Regulus’s mission to make the world safer, healthier, and more prosperous by strengthening the American and allied defense industrial base.Logan’s 23-year Navy career reflects the principles that anchor Regulus—tenacity, ownership, loyalty to the mission, and adding value in every environment. Rising from a junior Sailor to ultimately a Command Master Chief, he led teams across the Naval Construction Force, Naval Special Warfare, Naval Surface Force and shore installations. His deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, the Horn of Africa, Spain, Japan, Puerto Rico, and Kuwait reinforced his firsthand understanding of what frontline personnel need: reliable systems, resilient supply chains, and mission-critical equipment that performs every time.His leadership roles—including Facilities Operations Chief, Joint Task Force Deputy Logistics Officer, Combat Service Support Division Operations Chief, and Command Master Chief of USS MITSCHER—required mastery of complex logistics, multi-site operations, risk mitigation, and coordinated execution across diverse global missions.Outside of work, Logan’s world revolves around his family. He and his wife, Johanna—an elementary school teacher—live in Virginia with their three boys, ages 7, 5, and 1. When he’s not chasing kids around, Logan loves to run, train for triathlons, and dive into a good book. Logan’s combination of military and private-sector experience equips him with a rare skill set: a deep understanding of America’s defense needs with the ability to scale systems, lead cross-functional teams, implement new technologies, and execute with precision at both strategic and tactical levels. As Chief Business Officer, Logan is focused on positioning Regulus as the premier manufacturer and distributor of integrated solutions across the defense technology space. His priorities include expanding and vertically integrating the company’s Kinetic and Energetic Systems line of business—strengthening U.S. and allied supply chains, accelerating production capacity, and ensuring Regulus continues to deliver the mission-critical systems that matter most for America and its partners.
