I have a passion and studied interest in how patients, clinicians, and systems of care understand and implement equity initiatives.I love to present at conferences, speak to college students, and have created a speaking series on understanding what diversity, equity, and inclusion actually means and what it tangibly looks like in daily life for each of us. I have also started to develop structured discussions on how to become a more compassionate counselor within Audiology.You don\'t know what you don\'t know, and I provide a gentle way in examining, and personally identifying with, the terminology that we have all learned/ has become popular since 2020.Invite me to speak on your college campus, your professional group, conference, or podcast!
