I advise organizations navigating federal policy, funding opportunities, and congressional engagement related to emergency management, transportation and infrastructure, and resilience.Before joining Boundary Stone, I spent a decade on Capitol Hill. Most recently, I served on the staff of Chairman Sam Graves on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, where I managed a portfolio that included emergency management, economic development, and public buildings. Previously, I was Legislative Director for Congressman Garret Graves (LA-06), where I led major legislative initiatives including the successful effort to repeal the Windfall Elimination Provision and Government Pension Offset—ending a decades-long legislative impasse and delivering relief to public servants nationwide. Earlier in my career, I served as a Legislative Aide and Speechwriter for Senator John Kennedy (LA).I enjoy working with governments, nonprofits, and private sector partners tackling challenges related to disaster preparedness and recovery, climate resilience, infrastructure systems, and emerging technologies with applications in these areas. I hold advanced degrees from Columbia University and the London School of Economics. I earned my undergraduate degrees with distinction from Louisiana State University.
