   Provide consulting services to a Military Health System client focusing on the remediation of audit findings as well as internally identified deficiencies to improve the Audit Opinion for annual Financial Statement Audits by implementing internal controls, policies, and procedures across client’s assessable units - Lead the design, implementation, and validation of corrective action plans (20+ to date) to assist client in their response to mitigate some of their most complex challenges related to system implementation, organization transformation, and operation deficiencies - Manage COVID-19 Dashboards and data roll-ups to monitor testing data, case trajectory, supplies inventory, and vaccine administration to provide the client with an accurate look of the current disease environment- Support meeting management for COVID-19 response and vaccination efforts in coordination with client leadership, leading the consolidation and distribution of meeting minutes- Lead the creation of monthly Data Quality briefs covering Compliance, Timeliness, and Financial metrics to support Data Quality calls with client leadership- Organize events with budget over to send 40 Deloitte practitioners to Virginia Tech for networking opportunities with over 150 Professors and students - Lead the Project Financials workstream within the Federal Health Manager Development Program, where we facilitate quarterly trainings covering Deloitte Project Financials for Managers- Support the Culture workstream, curating Birthday, Wedding, and Veteran’s day cards as well as organizing inclusionary events for various holidays and observances, virtual happy hours, and team building events.
