Board-certified Intraoperative Neuromonitorist (CNIM) with seven years of experience across neurodiagnostics and perioperative care, including four years in outpatient Nerve Conduction Studies and three years in Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IONM).My transition into surgical neurophysiology was driven by firsthand exposure to preventable neurological injuries and their lasting impact, reinforcing my commitment to proactive neural preservation and close collaboration with surgical and anesthesia teams. I provide comprehensive intraoperative monitoring for complex spine, cranial, carotid endarterectomy, ENT, and interventional radiology procedures, with expertise spanning SSEP, BAEP, TCeMEP, TaMEP, triggered and spontaneous EMG, EEG, TOF, nerve proximity and direct nerve testing, facial nerve monitoring, and phase reversal techniques.I bring a strong foundation in neuroanatomy, pathophysiology, and anesthetic influences on evoked potentials, paired with technical proficiency in Nicolet EDX, Cadwell Sierra Wave, Cascade Surgical Studio, ZinniaX, USMON, and Epic EMR.Currently, I am attending the Royal Academy of Surgical Assisting and actively transitioning into the role of Surgical First Assistant, working toward licensure in the State of Illinois. My professional focus is on expanding my intraoperative responsibilities while continuing to deliver high-level, patient-centered care in the operating room.
