I have learned very early about the importance of juggling a fast paced and exciting career with an even faster paced and exciting family.The term work-life balance is a misnomer in my opinion, as it suggests that one commitment must be sacrificed for the other. With the help of an incredibly supportive spouse, three amazing children and a loving family I have been able to build very successful businesses over the last decade with a view to expansion, innovation and new opportunity while keeping my focus on family needs and priorities. Although not always easy, we share in our failures and the excitement of our successes.
