Experienced Lead Host & Hospitality Professional | Business Communications Student at Baruch CollegeAt only the age of 16 I was hired for my first hospitality position in a restaurant and since then I have never looked back. As of now, I have over 4 years of experience within the hospitality field and have a diverse background of hospitality roles which has instilled passion within me for this this field. I thrive in fast paced environments and currently as a Lead Host I ensure the flow of service and every guest\'s dining experience is seamless. From greeting and accommodating our clients at the door to the end of their experience, I ensure every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied. Additionally, I also work in the Guest Relations department for a hospitality company.As an Operations Management student, I have a desire to enhance efficiency, create and implement new strategies, and overall make hospitality businesses the best they can be and there is always room for improvement. The industry is unpredictable as every client is unique and every day is different and this excites me because there is constantly a need to implement innovative solutions to ensure clients have a great experience and leave with a smile.While I continue my education within Operations Management, I look forward to applying what I learn to continue the development of my leadership skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking and use these qualities to dramatically improve hospitality operations.
