ABOUT LOGAN POWELL

I’m a chemical manager with 4 years of experience in both field and management operations. I have worked with major and minor players in the oil and gas industry in two of the most competitive North American shales, the permian basin and Eagleford. Until recently, I worked directly in the field operating skid mounted and trailer mounted mixing plants with companies such as Encana, Oxy, EOG and XTO. In this role I was focused on supervising the chemical mixtures for downhole coil tubing drill outs during the completion process of a well. In this process I was able to maintain customer relationships and ensure the proper process for downhole chemical treatment in a cost efficient manner. Colleagues know me as a highly motivated leader who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.I have some college completed towards a biochemistry degree and have always lead at any and all positions in the workforce and all other aspects of life.
