Site Reliability Engineering (November 2022 – Present) • Assisted with the roll out and cut over to Dynatrace monitoring platform • Moved the team to using Kan Ban boards for task tracking and completion • Lead the team in migrating supported server instances to AWS CloudCommand Center (August 2020- November 2022) • Reduced P2 incidents to the command center by 50% by ensuring that all incidents are opened at the appropriate priority level. • Implemented an Operational Review process to ensure new products and services had the necessary support documentation.Technical Services Manager – June 2020 – August 2020 • Developed and implemented a taskboard to enhance project tracking for the Technical Services team. • Revamped Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Service Desk, improving operational efficiency. • Advocated for increased utilization of Level 1 (L1) support resources by improving their documentation and training materials. • Supported the Technical Services Director in managing and planning the annual budget
