I am responsible for coordination and support of Environmental, Health, & Safety processes and systems for Novelis worldwide. I am a strategic thinker with a down-to-earth pragmatic approach to EHS. I enjoy digging into site-level problems and working for solutions, as well as managing corporate-wide initiatives.My main responsibilities include managing the global product stewardship program (and specifically responding to customer inquiries); site, regional, and global support for various EHS requests/needs; global EHS compliance auditing (lead auditor); integration of Aleris EHS systems into Novelis EHS systems following company acquisition; serving as global Subject Matter Expert for Mobile Equipment & Pedestrian Safety; lead development of internal World Class Manufacturing EHS system; and developing/implementing EHS training programs.

I enjoy what I do, I despise inefficiency, and I am dedicated. Specialties: Product Stewardship, EPA & OSHA Compliance, including: Title V, NPDES, Hazardous Waste (RCRA), Hazardous Materials Transportation, NESHAPs NSPS TT), NSR/PSD, stack test compliance, OSHA 1910, Risk Assessments, Compliance Audits, EHS training creation & delivery, Global corporate programs and Standards, and a little bit of PSM. I also have extensive experience or expertise in ISO 14001, Microsoft Excel, and Enablon.Outside of work, I was a founding member of Encounter Community Church in Owensboro, KY until I moved away for work in 2017. This plant took months of planning and praying, and we had our first service in August 2013. At ECC, I played guitar and led worship, as well as served as an Elder on the board of Elders. I also led the monthly/quarterly community service projects.
