Agile-oriented Product Manager with over 4 years of experience in customer success for project management and financial technology at Buildertrend. Specializing in construction project management software, I have a proven track record of driving product development and implementation with a focus on enhancing user experience and operational efficiency in an iterative fashion.In my current role at Buildertrend, I leverage my deep understanding of financial systems to manage and evolve products that meet the complex needs of our clients. My journey began as an Onboarding Specialist in our Customer Support department, where I honed my skills in customer success, quickly progressing through roles as an Implementation Specialist and transitioning to our Product Engineering division as an Associate Product Manager. This diverse experience has given me a unique perspective on product lifecycle management, from initial client onboarding to advanced product development.Prior to joining Buildertrend, I was an Operations Assistant at KSI Construction, where I played a supporting role in financial planning and management for over 30 commercial projects. My responsibilities included tracking financial progression, maintaining compliance, reconciling job expenses, and creating expense reduction plans. This opportunity has helped me apply a more personal hands-on approach for understanding our users\' needs to develop a better product experience. I also had the opportunity to intern at First National Bank of Omaha in Mortgage Servicing-Communications, where I refined my skills in analyzing loan reports and re-engineering communication processes to comply with banking regulations.
