As the Director of Alumni Engagement at King University, a private liberal arts university in Bristol, Tennessee, I develop and manage programs designed to engage alumni, donors, and community partners. I coordinate events, manage alumni records, collaborate across departments, and contribute to efforts aimed at growing alumni giving. My focus is on fostering relationships and creating opportunities for alumni and community members to stay connected with King.I have been with King since 2016 and transitioned into my current role in 2023. With over nine years of experience in alumni relations, development, and enrollment, I am committed to building meaningful connections that advance the university’s mission.Previously, I served as an Enrollment Counselor in the Office of Admissions at King, where I contributed to a 10% increase in traditional undergraduate enrollment by 2018. Before I transitioned into the Director of Alumni Engagement role, traditional undergraduate enrollment saw a 23% increase. This growth reflects the university’s broader enrollment strategies during my tenure in admissions and my ongoing commitment to King’s success.My time at King has been defined by collaboration and meaningful contributions to its progress. I am proud of the impact I’ve made in strengthening relationships, supporting enrollment goals, and enhancing alumni engagement.

   My role as the Director of Alumni Engagement is to develop and manage programs to engage alumni, donors, and community partners. I am responsible for building relationships, increasing event participation and alumni giving, planning events, and collaborating with faculty and staff on campus. I also manage alumni records, handle multiple projects, and ensure compliance with policies. In February 2024, I was asked by university leadership to serve as the Presidential Liaison during the transition period from our twenty-third president to our twenty-fourth president. In this role I was available to assist the incoming president and others with any matters to reduce distractions.
