About Logan Holmes
My career path is one that has given me a variety of tools and skills. Working for an architect gave me the ability to see things for how they could be, not how they are. It is amazing to walk into room, around a park or any space in general and let your imagination go. It is like augmented reality in your head. Then you get to put pen to paper and bring others into that world. Moving from there into the world of business to business sales was an interesting one but it changed my whole career path, but I wouldn\'t change it. I love getting to know new people and building up strong relationships. I know that business talk will have to happen at some point, but I want to get to know the person before getting down to business. It is fun and exciting to hear their stories and learn from them. I haven\'t met a person yet that hasn\'t taught me something new. Most sales positions deal with quotes, lead times, multiple parties involved when trying to get a \"deal\" closed. I have never been comfortable asking for money, no matter who I was talking to. That is the amazing aspect to my position at Morgan & Morgan. There aren\'t quotes. There isn\'t a product to buy or subscription to sign up. It is solely about getting to know the firms in my area and building up a relationship of trust. That is what gets me excited about going to \"work\" everyday.
