ABOUT LOGAN GRATZ
With a dedication to honesty, exceptional service, and a strong work ethic, I\'ve consistently ranked among the top 10 Realtors in the Jefferson City Area for market share and sales. My commitment to these core values has been pivotal in my success.Education has always been a cornerstone of my journey. From Community Colleges to the University of Missouri, and finally graduating from Lincoln University, I\'ve embraced the importance of continuous learning.Active involvement in the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors, and board President in 2026, has allowed me to shape the future of our industry through strategic planning and collaboration. Additionally, serving as a former board member, executive committee member, and Government Relations Committee Chair of the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce has enabled me to advocate for the growth and prosperity of Central Missouri commerce. These efforts were recognized when I was honored as one of the Ones to Watch in Jefferson City by Jefferson City Magazine in 2018.I take pride in my professional achievements, having been recognized by Jefferson City Magazine and the NewsTribune as one of the top agents in the area. Furthermore, I am humbled to be a honoree of the National Association of Realtors 30 under 30 class for 2024, recipient of the 2022 Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce Scruggs Impact Award, and the 2022 Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors Community Achievement Award.During my tenure on the Blair Oaks School Board, I navigated significant challenges, including the impacts of COVID-19. Despite these hurdles, we successfully opened a new high school, secured funding for the second phase of the high school through a bond issue, and implemented plans to better compensate employees while addressing various district needs. This experience provided valuable insights into effective governance and organizational growth within the education system.Driven by my passion for people and connections, I thrive on socializing and building relationships. Every day, I eagerly embrace opportunities to contribute to the betterment of my community and support its continued growth and success.
