I lead licensing, regulatory affairs, audits, and enforcement response while building scalable compliance programs that support expansion without compromising risk posture. I have deep hands on experience with state and local cannabis frameworks, agency engagement, license acquisitions, renewals, and remediation, and I am known for translating complex regulations into practical, business ready solutions.In addition to my operating role, I serve as a Board Member of the Cannabis Distribution Association, where I collaborate with industry leaders, regulators, and policymakers to shape fair and workable distribution policy in California and beyond.My background also includes data analytics training, which informs a metrics driven approach to compliance, process improvement, and decision making.
