I am a member of the Selected Marine Corps Reserve, attached to 3rd Battalion, 14th Marine Regiment in Bristol Pennsylvania. I serve as the Communications Chief responsible for the proper training, equipment, and employment of the 35 Marines under my charge. I work with my Communications Officer and I&I counterparts to accomplish this mission. Our platoon deploys, maintains, repairs, operates, and troubleshoots all communications modalities and technologies utilized by the Marine Corps Artillery Regiment in order to allow key leaders to shape conflict through indirect fire support and direction. Previous to this position, I served in a multitude of communications positions during my 8 years and 9 months of active duty service. This service included work with the MQ-9 enterprise and other RPA assets, maintenance of fiberoptic and telephony infrastructure for thousands of users, the formal training and education of thousands of service members via platform lecture, VOD, and VILT services, rapid deployment of tactical communications assets across all communications disciplines, and many other primary, secondary, and tertiary responsibilities that are described in more detail on my resume.
