As a Facilities Engineer at OXY, I focus on the design and construction of well site hookups in the Permian Basin. On a daily basis, I coordinate with OXY\'s construction, electrical, automation groups and third party contractors to produce new oil wells while decreasing well TTM and minimizing well hookup costs. Furthermore, I work with other Facilities Engineers to develop standard design packages for different lift types and implement pilot projects to improve long-term operability for well site equipment. In addition, I develop Microsoft Power Platform tools to capture and track cost savings initiatives within OXY\'s Permian Resources business unit.
