My journey began in the education sector where I worked as a Teacher Assistant at The Goddard School and Benchmark School. This experience fostered my strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. My transition into the corporate world began as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Behavior Interventions, Inc. Here, I gained valuable insights into digital marketing strategies and developed a keen interest in the role of social media in business growth. In 2021, I joined SHI International Corp. as a Talent Acquisitions Coordinator. My role encompassed sourcing potential candidates and assisting in the recruitment process, a responsibility I greatly enjoyed. My passion and dedication led to a promotion to Talent Acquisition Specialist for SHI and Stratascale, a role I currently hold.
