As a Thermal Mechanical E.I.T. at CoolIT, I specialize in the design and optimization of liquid-cooling hardware for data centers. More specifically, I design coldplates and supporting components using engineering tools such as statistical tolerance analysis, Monte Carlo Simulation, GD & T, CFD, and FEA. It is my responsibility to ensure that these designs meet thermal, structural, reliability, and manufacturability requirements prior to mass production, and ultimately field deployment.I also contribute to the creation of drawing packages, test plans, design reviews, DFMEA studies, qualification testing, and coldplate research.
