Part of the HS2 client team co-located with the ALIGN JV Integrated Project Team working collaboratively to deliver the area central C1 scope which is made up of two 16km tunnels 5 vent shaft and the Colne Valley Viaduct. With the stage 1 scheme design completed stage 2 advanced critical works are underway. Lochlin leads the Project Controls team and is responsible for all aspects of Project Controls including, Baseline development and Control, Planning, Cost Management, Risk, Change Control, Performance Management with Earned Value metrics in place and MBR Reporting
