ABOUT LOAN NGUYEN
As an experienced marketing and communication project officer, I bring over four years of expertise from the non-profit sector in Alberta and Ontario, Canada. I am currently employed with the Francophone Immigration Network of Central Southwestern Ontario (CSO). In this role, my focus is to ensure that French-speaking newcomers experience a seamless economic and social integration when choosing to settle in the CSO region. Key responsibilities include supporting and implementing projects and initiatives designed to attract and welcome French-speaking immigrants, as well as promoting government-funded services for francophone newcomers at different levels (from local to international levels.) I hold a Master of Marketing and Sales (B2B) from iaelyon School of Management (University Jean Moulin Lyon 3). My expertise lies in creating content across various mediums, from text to visual formats, including marketing material, brochure and video production. Additionally, I excel in social media and website management. I regularly utilize a range of software and platforms, including the Adobe package (Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop), Clipchamp, Canva, MailChimp, WordPress, Joomla, and Wix. I also integrate AI into my work.
