As an Employee Relations and Human Resources professional, I have had proven success of improving people development and business results, risk mitigation and consistently exceeding expectations. I have eighteen years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, training and development, leadership development, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, change management and strategic planning within the services, distribution, retail and technology industry for all levels of an organization.I have learned how to establish trust through engagement and a coaching leadership style as a way of working together to resolve issues. Additionally, gaining and maintaining achievements from a human resources compliance standpoint, while working towards ways to further develop people to help retain existing talent. Additionally, I have taken on human resources initiatives with teams at the executive level to help create a bigger impact towards improving business and people goals. I continuously strive for excellence in an efficient, proactive, strategic and creative way of working to provide exceptional services and results.
