Sestra is a small Startup, I led a team of three developers to build a solution for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) to be used by Home Health Agencies.My responsibilities; · Lead the development of the product vision, strategy and roadmap.· Create consensus for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.· Work closely with software engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver features.· Actively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. Draw from customer feedback, usage and operational data, and your experience leading technology businesses to set and deliver on challenging goals to maintain effective security at scale without hindering our ability to reliably meet our customer promise.· Launched the first release in eight months to become the fastest growing EVV solution in Virginia.Projects worked on;1- Managed and Delivered Electronic Visit Verification System to be used by Home Health Care Agencies.2- Managed and Delivered Sestra Academy for caregivers Training. 3- Managed and Delivered COVID-19 Contact Tracer : Mobile App and Echo System.4- Managed and Delivered TeleHealth platform Mobile App and Echo System.5- Working on System Design for Remote Home Health Monitoring System.
