   I initiated my career as a GM (IT) and moved onto become a VP while leading IT applications domain for India region. I undertook several strategic initiatives and designed as well as implemented multiple control systems, policies, dashboards & frameworks for improving the overall function. My next role as an Applications Migration Manager for APAC involved leading major IT transformation projects involving vendors across Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong and Singapore. I was responsible for end to end project management and drove several Learning & Development initiatives to upgrade the team to augment competence levels. Moving on, I became a Technology PMO for AMEA region, where i was responsible for rolling out governance and project management methodology, processes and tools. I enabled easy & consolidated report generation to facilitate effective business decisions. My current role in the capacity of Data Lead for AMEA involves unlocking the value out of SAP implementations done in the region by laying strong data foundation to enable accurate insights.
