I have been fortunate to work in the travel / software industry for over 10 years. Being a finance partner as part of a successful, global company has been engaging and rewarding in many ways. Colleagues are a large part of the foundation of happiness at work. I am fortunate to have made incredible relationships with so many over the years in such varied capacities all over the world. More satisfaction comes from taking large amounts of data and presenting in a useful way, researching to find explanations of trends and anomalies allowing effective decision making. Creating and leading a successful team, promoting growth and upward movement is at the core of success.I am a big believer in reusing, repurposing and realizing our impact to our environment, our community, our world. It matters what we do and how we do it on a regular basis.
