ABOUT LAUREN ROSENBERG

I\'ve worked in the non-scripted TV business for over fifteen years, at both major talent agencies (William Morris Endeavor, Paradigm) and prolific TV production companies (51 Minds, Lionsgate). I currently identify, hone and pitch potential reality television properties as Vice President of Development at Pie Town Productions. Over the past nine years as an executive, I have developed and sold projects to MTV, E, Bravo, HGTV, AMC, Animal Planet, Travel Channel, WEtv, Discovery, A&E, OWN, TruTV, TLC and ABC Family/Freeform (including the first unscripted show to go multiple seasons there,\"Monica the Medium\") and more! I don\'t just rely on the internet as a resource; I\'m in constant communication with my network of colleagues and friends all over the country to figure out what\'s next. I\'m not afraid to pick up the phone and can talk to anyone. In my free time, I religiously attend concerts, comedy shows, and various events to find talent and reality TV spaces that match future television trends. Specialties: Creating and developing out original TV concepts both female and male-forward from a kernel of an idea to treatment / deck to sizzle to presentation pilot, casting for both development projects and existing pilots/series, casting tape interviewing & editing, story producing / writing in Avid, finding and positioning real-time business intelligence, networking
