Celcuity (Biotechnology) was founded to develop a better way to diagnose and treat the cellular abnormalities that drive tumor growth by advancing new targeted therapies for cancer using an integrated therapeutic and companion diagnostic strategy that leverages Celcuity\'s CELsignia platform.Responsible for all HR functions: Talent acquisition strategy for global locations, strategic planning, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, succession planning, benefits, D&I, health and wellness. Implemented HRIS system BambooHR/Paychex integration and one platform for all benefits (Employee Navigator). After one year, increased headcount by 100% with plans to increase by 600% by end of year two. Significant focus put on retention and company culture.
