About Lalit Mohan
With over 15 years of experience addressing water challenges, I have focused on water resources, environmental management, project management, and business development. I have provided valuable inputs to projects involving flood forecasting, hydrology prediction, river restoration, river morphology, risk modeling, and watershed management by supporting model development with GIS databases, hydrometeorological and hydrological data. My experience also includes conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for hydropower projects, as well as ports and jetties projects. Over time, I have developed skills in Python scripting and modern tools to enhance data value and conducted market research and intelligence to identify sustainable solutions for industries. Additionally, I have worked on grant proposals in watershed management aimed at improving water availability and enhancing rural incomes. Leveraging these skills, I actively contributed to business development in the water sector, supporting successful project bids and expanding opportunities.
