Developed Creative Services Request process, brief, glossary, and quick start guides for DOHR. Scaled the amount of creative services available to DOHR by 400%. Alleviated capacity for division partner customers by absorbing execution of graphic design materials, and reduced time-to-complete. Acquired photography management database for DOHR to improve photography file delivery, protection, data storage, organization, gallery viewing, sharing, and quality. Established and maintained visual identities for specialized teams, programs, and events within DOHR. Utilized Adobe CC to convert antiquated multi-page documents to branded, user-friendly, interactive, and ADA compliant PDFs. Created the first Adobe InDesign iteration of the enterprise-wide Employee Handbook PDF for employees. Consulted on and executed web page creation requests in Adobe AEM to improve user experience and information organization. Customized numerous vector graphics in Adobe Illustrator. Consistently and passionately seizes opportunities to elevate quality of output and improve employer brand representation and credibility.
