With over 18 years of experience in leading the responsible business network in Northern Ireland, I am a passionate advocate for sustainability, ESG, and purpose in the corporate sector. As the Managing Director at Business in the Community Northern Ireland (BITCNI), I help businesses identify and implement responsible solutions to a range of social, environmental, and economic challenges, and promote responsible business across the region.I have created and delivered NI\'s only responsible business standard, CORE, which benchmarks and recognises the sustainability performance of businesses. I also lead the BITCNI Advisory Services team, which provides innovative and tailored support and advice to companies on their responsible business strategies, measurement, and reporting. In addition, I am an adjunct faculty member at Queen\'s University Belfast, where I teach and supervise postgraduate students on responsible business and corporate governance topics. My mission is to inspire and enable businesses to be a force for good in society.
